These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with LONCIN PARTS, whether online or by telephone. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the conditions set out below. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Most major Debit/Credit cards accepted. PayPal (3.5% charge), cheque and direct bank transfer.
All goods remain the property of LONCIN PARTS until paid for in full.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods from LONCIN PARTS, you may return the item in original condition, with original packaging and your sales invoice, together with a returns note within seven days of purchase for a full refund, less the carriage costs.
Please phone to inform us of the problem and ask for a returns note number. Please fill the returns note in fully to speed up processing. Your statutory rights are not affected.
After 7 days a 15% restocking charge will be incurred. 15% on the cost of the item, this will be removed from your refund payment method.
Catalogue prices are shown before VAT. VAT is added at 23% for delivery to Ireland and 20% for delivery to the UK.
If you are VAT registered we require your VAT number to export without the VAT element.
Price changes and VAT: Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated in this catalogue online, it may not always be possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary. If in doubt about a price please call.
We provide fast shipping to all of Ireland for 10.00–15.00 € depending on the item(s) ordered.
Delivery usually takes 2-3 days and may take 4-5 days at busy times of the year for courier companies.
Delivery to the UK and the rest of Europe costs up to 25.00 € and takes 3-5 days.
Important: Check all parts as soon as they arrive. We accept no responsibility for incorrect parts after they have been fitted.
Check all spares against old parts removed (especially engine spares) to be 100% sure they are correct. Once fitted or used, it is too late to exchange anything incorrect.
If you wish to exchange any item please use the returns/exchange slip. Remember to include posting and packaging costs to cover your exchange.
Refunds will be made by cheque or credit card depending on how payment was originally made.
